And unlike most “yoof” comedies, it’s not all about whining, self-obsessed twenty-somethings and their deeply meaningful relationships (hey, we’re young, we’re beautiful, AND we have great sex! When we can tear ourselves away from the pub …).
Lunch Monkeys follows the comings and goings of staff at Fox Cranford, a Manchester law firm. Most of the focus is on the post room, where surprisingly little mail gets sorted as the boys (and girl) are doing their darndest to avoid actual work.
What Exactly Is A Lunch Monkey?
Darrel (Chris Hannon) is busy pursuing the seemingly unattainable Shelley (Rachel Rae), who just happens to be on the lookout for a new flat. As is Darrel, since his mother (of course he lives with his mother!) moved to Spain and neglected to invite him along.
